As a Technical Support Analyst you will be an initial point of contact via telephone and email, providing technical support to Zemana's customers.

• Good knowledge of VMware Workstation.
• Experience of installing, upgrading, troubleshooting and configuring PCs.
• Experience in configuring security software (firewall, anti-virus, …)
• Know how to keep things simple.
• Strong problem solving skills.

• Usage and basic technical knowledge of security software.
• Excellent knowledge of English is required.
