You will responsible for sourcing new clients, developing new product opportunities and identifying
future prospects as well as establishing and maintaining a network of relevant business
contacts. The majority of your time will be spent out on the road prospecting new
opportunities and building strong relationships with possible clients. This position
requires outbound cold calling, following up on inbound leads, qualification and
closing of business.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively
communicate the benefits and value of Zemana’s solutions to potential customers
- Interface
with end users and channel partners via telephone and email to provide assistance
and close business
- Qualify
leads and coordinating with outside representatives and partners
- Develop
new business leads through various means, including cold calling
- Provide
product literature, evaluation software, lead referrals to channel, pre-sales technical
support and closure.
- Generate
weekly reports and forecasts for all in-progress and closed business.
- Develop
strong relationships with existing clients
- Identify
and develop new business opportunities
Qualifications:
- Minimum
of 1 years experience selling software to businesses
- Excellent
communication skills and presentation
- Strong
telephone and business communication skills
- Ability
to close business while achieving a high level of customer satisfaction
- Ability
to maintain a high outbound call volume
- Answer
reseller and customer order queries both by phone, fax, and email
- Excellent
knowledge of MS Office programs especially Power Point and Word
- Usage
and basic IT technical knowledge such as software, computer security and networks
is desirable
- Excellent
knowledge of English is required. (Native English speaker is a plus).
