It is easy to make a mistake copying a key 'by hand.' To ensure that you have correctly copied the license key, please copy and paste it from the license key email you have already received.

If Zemana AntiMalware recognizes a certain benign file as threat, you should add it to the exception list (white list) so in the future scans our product skips that certain file.

In case this problem occurs, kindly reset your license key through our software. (For now this problem is resolved through support, but our plan is to incorporate in the software so the end user can reset the license keys on his/her own.)
In case our software blocks a program you want to use, you can exclude this file/folder from the threat list so our program does not interfere with this particular program.
